Any known differences with the BD version (other than slightly higher video quality)?
Interlaced source vs. progressive source, higher bitrates, sharper lines, clearer detail, no commercials had to be clipped out, and these get filtering.
Not only is the BD source vastly superior in format and quality, but it’s also double the resolution of the TV’s 1280×720
Denpa Onna to Seishun Otoko is even farther behind. I see raws of BD vol 5 out now, doki is only as far as vol 1.

I can live with BD being slow, because you already saw that show before BD came out if it were not strongly censored (which Denpa was not)

It was censored enough that I dropped the tv version and decided to wait for BD instead.

If you guys want the blurays sooner, just grab Doki’s scripts and mix them into whomevers encodes you decide… Otherwise stop buggin, they have the status page up to date and why some have been delayed

Ive been looking around for the scripts and couldn’t find em, I want 30 sai’s script, cuz all the BD’s are out but no one subbed em yet,and you can’t watch that without BD’s since it’s heavily censored… That or if Doki would release em, That would be nice too
Doki doesn’t release scripts outside of normal releases. You’ll have to download the releases and demux them for yourself.

Great show to watch, but the art style isn’t really worth a BD upgrade over the TV version.
Yes, because having channel water mark, channel announcements and poor quality audio are no reason to upgrade to a BD quality version.

Awesome Doki. Just marathoned this for the first time yesterday during my SWTOR download. Glad to see the BDs are coming out now.
After the anime BD’s you should sub this. Anyway, nothing more than a recommendation, I will probably buy the BD to watch raw either way. Anyway, keep up the hard work.
