They can’t do Haruhi anyway. Don’t you guys know? Hirano Aya (Haruhi’s seiyuu) quit voiceacting, and has switched over to live drama’s and TV shows. She was also “sacked” (pressured into quitting) by her previous agency, and is now working for a different one. She’s also said and done a whole bunch of stupid things that have damaged her reputation, and she’s not getting any work producing any more music either for the time being because of a sex scandal between her and memmbers of her band. Can you guys imagine Haruhi with a new different voice? I can’t….so there will be no more Haruhi anime, ever.
I’m going to be honest here, sorry if I offend, just I honestly don’t care who voices Haruhi as long as they sound alright. I’m not really a fan of any voice actor/actress, I just watch anime for fun and don’t really look too deep into it. Sorry :3
Not entirely true. Because ”On August 21, Hirano moved to the voice acting agency Grick.[11] Days later, on August 27, Hirano posted a message on her Twitter account, confirming that she has resumed new voice acting roles in anime.”
Aha. Well that’s good news then. She didn’t entirely scratch her voice acting career. It might just be that she had no choice but to fall back on it because of how badly her music and TV show career is going…I still wonder how she’l get out of the situation with her reputation though…most westerners might not care, but in Japan her popularity has plunged badly after all the shit she’s said and done. And no, I will not list them all here. It would take up several pages.
Haruka: The problem is not the voice talent but what’s up with the writers. Endless 8 was not a good sign. The movie was fine, but where do you go from there? I haven’t been following the manga, if there is one. Do they still have new ground to cover?
i need 200 more season!
Agreed! I can’t get enough of this anime.
Thanks!
Like +1000000
Absolutely agree!!
“(Yes, named correctly this week)”
how brazen
thanks!
Hopefully once this is over, Kyoto Animation will do more Haruhi.
There’s so many things KyoAni can still do over Haruhi.

Er… She’s still voicing characters that she has been voicing in previous seasons. She’s just not getting any *new* roles.
Oh okay, anyway I think we can all agree we’re long overdue more Haruhi.
Hoping Kyoto Animation do it in this order
1. Haruhi Season 3.
2. Key Anime
3. K-On?
4. Full Metal Panic
5. Random shows like Nichijou.
What I want them to do the most is make a Little Busters! anime.
I’d personally go with Full Metal Panic! first as that series is long, long, long overdue for a sequel.
Then Lucky Star.
Then Haruhi.
Then Key Anime (LITTLE BUSTERS WHERE)
Then Random Shows
Then K-On!.
Why did I put K-On! last? That’s because they are already making more of it in the form of the upcoming movie.
i hope that someday, they’ll make Planetarian (▰˘◡˘▰)
who knows?

They’re light novels and the anime and movie have covered a little less than half the material so far.
ep.24: Title of Nano’s dropped book: “Tofu”
ep.23: “STRONG as a stag beetle” = helpful addition

Go out strong, Doki!
does anybody else think the professor’s hand is too big in this snapshot?
