How’d you still have tl issue w A LOT OF tls and tlcs in your staffs page?
At least, if the main translator get ill, holiday, or exam, you still can ask the other to translate that ep to keep out from delay.

I would’ve done it, if I could. But, I’m no tl, so that’s impossible…
Just shows you can never have enough TLs, lol.
We have a lot of TL’s but they’re usually busy working on what they’re meant to be working on, so asking them to take time out and TL a totally different show is harder than you’d think.
Hopefully, once we get 18 out, there will be no more of these issues.
Well, a group with only 2 or 3 tls that doing 2-3 group can do that thing, so for a group w so many of tls should be able to handle that, at least that what I think.

As we’ve said before, we have different teams and all our TL’s work on multiple things.
Every show has its own staff. We’ve said this before.
Why do you think some shows are delayed and others aren’t?
Sigh, is it that hard to grab one of your tl that’s working in other project to cover it for a while?
I won’t argue anymore, I don’t know the condition there, and I don’t know how you manage your tls, after all.
Not to pick, but did something happen to the Nichijou crew? I am waiting on the doki release, please advise if drastic setbacks are anticipated.
Nichijou has its own issues. It’s being worked on, but a couple of members aren’t able to get to it right now.
