I just finished the first 11 TV episodes of this, and basically thought it was Toradora but with different setup. You got the guy who, for some reason, can’t openly make friends. You got the girl who talks to him, is cheerful and, deep down, still manages to be selfish, you got the anti social gal who the main guy takes care of, and then you got the teasing, in reality very serious blue haired gal. The only one who doesn’t fit, the only one who is truly original, and the only one I truly enjoyed is the cosplay girl. She’s the only reason I’ll see Season 2, if there is one.
Because Toradora created romcoms.
If you simplify it down to that extent, everything is going to sound similar.
I didn’t really get the impression that Makoto couldn’t “openly make friends.” I think you’re stretching the comparison a bit.

The official lyrics refer to the Japanese. Lyric sheets from the OP/ED singles.
In other words they translated what the CD single says the song said rather than what the translator heard. It makes a huge difference in fast songs, mumbling and engrish phrases.
It will be nice to see the girls’ pretty faces in 1080p, ah, yeah, of course, we’ll get to see the one panty shot from Erio!… ^_^

Derpa Nigra to Stalker Pantysniff
A bit simplistic but the art couldn’t cover for the story. That opening music must come from the same pit of hell as Rebecca Black.
Oh hell no, the OP music was lovable BECAUSE it was badly done.
Bokusatsu Tenshi Dokuro-chan was refreshingly bad OP, this was just bad. My ears are sensitive to ultrasonic artifacts, making their voice filter actively painful.

Do the subs come from the BD (only TLC/Typesetted/QC’ed by your team) or did you use your own, original translations from the TV episodes as a source?
elle, i don’t think the BD have any subtitles on.
And they already translated this show, in HDTV.
ah.. right.. I forgot that this was an R2 BD release… of course no English subs there… baaaaka-baaaaaka…
