Btw, sorry for doublepost, and unrelated topic, but I just went over to BakaTsuki’s site on Wiki, and it says there that they are dropping their translation efforts for Tomoyo After, because you guys are taking over work on the project. Does that mean you guys will be using some of what they have done up ’til now, or will you start from scratch regardless? :-/

maybe this is unrelated to the afterstory; but i’m still downloading the clannad (2007) 1080p in the same folder before. seeing the file has gone from the folder, could you give me a new link for that? i’m stuck at 22th episode now and i prefer using fileserve than torrent; please help.

Random Request:

Do you think you can remove the ED in the later episodes of After Story? Or perhaps provide a ED-less option. Those episodes get pretty emotional and the ED completely kills the mood.

Sorry if it’s too much to ask.

One answer would be to use editions in the MKV files, so you could chose to play it with or without the ending.

tl;dr from what I read you could set it so the default edition played the entire episode and the second edition skipped chapters (the OP and ED are already chaptered) while only releasing one file.

You know, the ED kinda jumps at yo every time so it’s almost impossible NOT to see at least the start… which is already enough to break the experience. This is especially true dring the second half of After Story…god, I hated TORCH so much.

  I LUB Torch, whatever it fits or not. I usually skip OP/ED altogether, a simple ED doesn’t bother my experience :3
  
  Whatever you do, if you aren’t doing ordered chapters ofc, continue to include them. More than I like to skip OP/ED, I like everything to be COMPLETE, including OP/ED. Thx :3

    Well, it was an ok song but for many reason it felt misplaced after the After Story part of Clannad really began. They should have made a second ED for the dramatic episodes.

      Oh Torch… I’d be on the edge of tears at the end of an episode, then be like “WTF?” when it came on. It was good, but it ruined the mood.
      
      I’ve seen fansubbers post the OP and ED (with credits) separately then just continue on with the episodes. I think that’s an awesome idea even if it was only for the 2nd half. Please consider it.
