To anyone wanting to use Doki’s subs without shitty blue borders:
1) Download the Reinforce TVS raw file off TT
2) use MKV Extract to pull the ASS and font files from Doki’s release.
3) paste this into a text file for chapters:
CHAPTER01=00:00:00.000
CHAPTER01NAME=OP
CHAPTER02=00:01:39.000
CHAPTER02NAME=Part A
CHAPTER03=00:12:25.000
CHAPTER03NAME=Part B
CHAPTER04=00:22:09.000
CHAPTER04NAME=ED
CHAPTER05=00:23:39.000
CHAPTER05NAME=Preview
4) use MKVMerge to mux the doki subs, fonts, and chapters onto the Reinforce raws
everything matches up pretty perfectly except for the cellphone text, which seems to fade in about a half a second too late and be slightly misplaced.

Could anybody tell me what the scrolling text says? I’ve never seen it resize the video and put a blue border to scroll text over.
As far as I know, it’s an earthquake warning. It wasn’t on the raw we used for translating, hence it wasn’t actually translated :3
