Gotta agree with everyone who likes this show. As a comedy it does its job well. The characters to me, are its main charm since there currently isn’t any plot nor story and hopefully it stays that way~
It’s not horrible but it doesn’t have the same charm that say Lucky Star, Minami-Ke, K-ON or any other number of “Cute girls doing cute things with no real plot or point” shows.
I watch it, I enjoy it but it’s not ‘great.’ When I toss it on the list it’ll prolly get a 3 or 3.5/5.
They’re different genres, and different styles of humor. I don’t think you can say one is better than the other — just that you might prefer one to the other. Personally I like both — for what they are.
I disagree, I think they are pretty much the same genre. In fact I think Lucky Star is the closest thing to what this show is trying to be. Random skits about random shits revolving around a group of young girls in an attempt to make you laugh.
Thats just my opinion though and I would be interested to know what genres you place the two in.
I love this show. I would say the jokes aren’t that funny, but because they’re rapid fire the next joke hits while you’re still laughing at the previous one and it just builds throughout the episode…
Awesome show. That stupid Sankaku article really made no sense to me. Perhaps if you were an epic fan of the manga, maybe this show doesn’t fit right. But for me, it’s brilliant.
I only really find the parts with the Professor funny, and I’m a little disappointed to think that this show is getting 26 episodes whilst some other, better shows are at 12.

I agree. It is missing that element that makes me actually care about the characters.
The scenes with Mai are the only funny parts.

The absence of shows like SnQ2 and Astarote (or w/e it’s called) makes me believe the poll was conducted in somekind of hentai environment :/
Nichijou, along with Denpa Onna and even C, are quite the genius.
This anime is a bit crazy (a bit!? xD) cheerful, funny as heck and nice to watch xD

I dropped it because I just don’t find it funny enough to watch and that’s really all it had to begin with.
