I think only episode 7 (or 8?) needs a v2 to fix the desyncing ED karaoke. If there’s any other eps with major issues, let me know quick.

Yes, I did, but the OVA series also has its own “specials” (or at least according to MyAnimeList, it does) and that’s what I’m talking about.

2 of episodes between 18-21 also have lag issues one of them is at the beginning of the episode, the other is at the end. I cannot remember exactly.

That might have been heavy typesetting. Turn off the subs and see if the issue remain.
So can heavy typesetting cause lag to lower spec computers? Never had it before on Doki stuff.
If it’s heavy enough and it’s softsubbed, absolutely.
You are correct, it is heavy typesetting.
However, the episode 8 lag in the middle is not.
