Blu-rays are USUALLY uncensored.
So most likely ep1 and 2 will be uncensored

A cat is shown in episode 2 to block the view even though it’s BD release. I read about this on other forums. Haven’t downloaded the episode yet, so can’t tell exactly.

I’m not sure if this happens to others but there is a slut stutter/pause in the opening of the first episode around 1:05-06 and then again at 1:08-09. I didn’t watch the whole episode yet so I’m not sure if it happens any where else. Just wondering if its just me.

Don’t misunderstand me here, I’m not using sarcasm to complain about the delay of the 1080p version. I’m just happy to see this project is still active and looking forward for a 1080p DB archive of the show :p
what’s the point of doing bluray versions at 480p? that’s more appropriate for a dvd release..

the standard should be 720p at the very least and 1080p if you can or if it’s worth it.
I was gonna do XviDs anyway, at 480p, but since I am phasing out XviDs, I did this SD 480p.

You damn liars, you said the 480p would be in XviD for the old spring/summer shows. I trusted you and waited patiently for months and this is what I get ? 480p in H.264 ? What is the point of it when the bigger res versions are the same ?

I understand that Doki is phasing out on Xvids but at least that is for new/current season.
I guess it’s just my bad luck. Of all the previous season shows that I’m waiting for, Mayoi Neko had to be the one to get its Xvid cancelled.
There will be some form of unofficial XviD re-encode of this on Nyaa or TokyoTosho days after it’s release here. Don’t quote me on that, but there’s a relatively high chance someone will do it.
None of the usual low-res/XviD re-encoders ever touch Blu-Ray rips, even while they do every TV release — even of shows that already have official XviD versions. Which is why official BD downscales like these are so rare and valuable.
AnimeSenshi did/are doing BD XviD’s re-encodes..
They are doing HOTD from THORA.. I mean if you go head over to AnimeSenshi who knows, they might do it for you if you ask.
