The x264-version is the same 480p, not 720p.
Description doesn’t say anything about 720p, because this 13th episode wasn’t released on BD.

I think it’s pretty cool that only by getting Air in 480p AVI do you get all episodes at the same resolution lol.
Doki releases 480p for everything they sub.

I’m glad that you chose Koi subs for the AIR TV series, cuz i love it that way. But it would be so awesome if the Summer Specials (Air in summer) would be done with Ishin subs. It’s just my personal preference, and it’d be nice if it was took into consideration 🙂

If you bothered to read, you would know that there is no 720p for ep13, because ep13 wasn’t on the BDs. (it was only on the DVDs)
