so, not a translation thing then, just a badly written script.. you might tell someone to get down from there, but they would be getting down from here.. bad writing from A1/toho.. shame on them
I think you just misunderstood something. They’re not getting down from where they’re talking, they move to a different place.
Here in more detail:
She says that they can’t get down from there (where they’re looking at), then tells them “This way” (a different path). Moguzo asks for a break, and she accepts, but says they need to move away from where they are, and suggests a spot she knows where they can take the break (that’s where they went).

using the definitions, regroup still makes more sense to me, although recuperate would also work, but contextually regroup seems the better option
