thanks as always doki !! i have been downloading your work, and i always find them unbelievably satisfying, and recently a few days ago i downloaded songs from the idolm@ster cinderella girls, the 5.1 blu ray audio ones, and OMG i can’t even put into words how great they were, the music literally “flied” around me and i could hear even the hidden sound you can only get when you’re using earphones, futhermore the recordings offered no noise, you really did a great job releasing those, but sadly i did try to find more like your release but it bore no fruit…can you maybe release more ? hihihi

OK, not that I really care, but quesiton: Are BD’s uncensored? I heard there is uncensored version with more blood and gore (not downloading because I’m waiting for the batch)

Its a reversal of the studio upscale. Something to the effect of: debilineary(1280,720).nnedi3_rpow2(2, fwidth=1920, fheight=1080).mergechroma(last)

This way, you’ll process only the Y plane, instead of the 3.
But, why process only Y ?
debilinear and debicubic only work with RGB24, RGB32, and YV12, that’s why they have debicubicy and debilineary, which works similar to ResizeX with chroma=false. and I was just generalizing, normally you would run some masks and possibly do a little AA afterwards, so you’d be using mt_merge
And you only process the luma for a number of reasons. the chroma is already 960×540 and the show was produced at 1280×720, and both of the debi resamplers only support downsampling, and not to mention downscaling it would bring it to 640×360
