I am sad to report that there is no `breast grill’ in this chapter as far as I can tell 🙁
Perhaps it was a humorous (mis-?)spelling of best girl, but if not, I must have missed a rather interesting panel. Someone please direct me if I am mistaken.

grill = girl (internet/cs:go spelling)
breast = best (my spelling when describing girls)
