Siddham was brought to Japan by the Buddhist monk Kūkai, who founded the esoteric Shingon school. It’s still used today by the Shingon school to write mantras, while it fell out of use everywhere else.
In Japanese, Siddham is called 梵字 (bonji), which is exactly what Sora is saying here.

At the end there, are you certain about “Ish Kerioth”? It sounds an awful lot (to me) like Iscariot, as in Judas Iscariot.
