Did I upload any screen caps? Two of those were ones I picked out, but I don’t remember uploading anything but the TLC.

This still seems like the regular OVA, not the Ryo-ohki sequal.
What sequal? There is no sequal to the Ryo-ohki OVA’s.
The full title of the original OVA was Tenchi Muyo Ryo-Ohki. 1-6 is the first OVA, then there was the Night Before Carnival special (episode 7), OVA 2 (8-13), the Mihoshi Special, and OVA 3 made in 2003 (14-I forget).
I don’t think I’ve ever watched the Tenshi series in right order, mostly from seeing it dubbed first randomly. Anyways thankyou for this.
