Well, this was unexpected. 🙂 I’m going to stick to my delicio release since it comes with a subtrack from a.f.k, which I prefer over all other subtracks for this movie, but your 8-bit release of this movie was the first one I watched, and it was very good, so thanks anyway! This is good for those who want to shorten down on the filesize, and still get excellent quality.
On a sidenote, I wonder they’re going to come out with more Haruhi anime…There is still a lot more available anime to cover, and while Hirano Aya does very little voicework these days compared to before, she is still active (a good example would be her role as Lucy in the long-running anime Fairy Tail, which is still going strong), so they could still hire her for the role.

hated movie loved the work you did for it they kinda destroyed the best spin off series manga in this movie Nagato Yuki-chan no Shoushitsu

…..You know this movie isn’t based on the spinoff Yuki-chan manga, but on one of the volumes of the MAIN Haruhi light novels, right? This movie isn’t destroying anything. If anything it’s the Yuki-chan spinoff manga that’s destroying the main series (light novels, manga, and anime alike), including this movie (though personally I think the Yuki-chan manga is alright).
Also, how can you hate this movie, it’s the best Haruhi adaptation to date, and one of the highest rated anime movies ever (http://anidb.net/perl-bin/animedb.pl?type.web=1&type.unknown=1&type.tvspecial=1&type.tvseries=1&type.ova=1&type.other=1&type.musicvideo=1&type.movie=1&show=animelist&orderby.rating=0.2&orderby.name=2.1&orderby.airdate=1.2&noalias=1&do.update=update )! It won awards for crying out loud! You can’t call yourself a Haruhi-fan if you hated this movie. You’ve forfeited your right to do so.
The movie came out on the 6th of February 2010 in Japan. The The Disappearance of Nagato Yuki chan manga came out on the 4th of February.
Unless they used magic to make the movie appear out of thin air, it’s safe to say that the movie was in development long before the Yuki chan manga even appeared 😉
