Not one to let a holiday get in the way of Chibi, I assembled a team consisting of the finest men and women also in the room when Chibi aired.
Armed only with smartphones and a laptop with a broken keyboard that keeps abruptly changing between Icelandic, English UK and Japanese layouts we managed to capture, encode, translate and release Chibi. Feel happy.

The original source material is 640×480 (source) so we had to scale it to our source to make sure to preserve all the details.
After that, we used some very exclusive filters to maximize the quality while maintaining details: http://pastebin.com/N4RrR2tM
Also, for best playback, we kept the original framerate.
You might notice a slight change in the picture every now and then where it looks like it “zooms” in or something. That’s the cameras auto-focus to preserve maximum capping quality so don’t worry about it.
