Doki can’t drop something it hasn’t started. Dropped would imply that an episode has been done and released, when that isn’t the case.

My memory is a little fuzzy, but I think that’s from Book 6 of the Railgun manga.
Chapter 34: August 21st (2). Just under half way through the 6th volume.
There are 8 volumes out now (volume 8 comes out in English this August) but according to Amazon JP volume 9 comes out 2013-08-27.
