Could be a 6th finger, it could also be the line indicating the edge of her palm. That’s what I saw it as when I initially saw it, but now that you mention 6th finger, I CANNOT UNSEE!
Lol the first thing I saw was the 6 finger thing, she’s even an inbred character or as you said, it’s the palm thing. Either way it was dodgy artwork with that scene. They need to pay more attention 🙂

This episode introduces cure roseta(batman). She goes around in a car(batmobile), has a butler that knows her secret( wished his name was Alfred), has a good communication network(that shit batman did with the phones in the movie), knows martial arts, and is filthy rich. Yup I saw promise in her until they made her the defensive/support precure of the season.
