Seems like all are dropping the first digit? And to verify it's just not my client only sending three digits, I tried /Ginpachi-Sensei/#1131/[Ayako-Himatsubushi]_Dog_Days_-_01v2_[720p][B416ACB0].mkv, and it started downloading the correct file.
