You could at least give some info here on what show or ova or whatever you need done to attract certain translators. Because I seriously doubt you will find someone who will just sit around and translate anything you want. They kinda need to have a interest in it.
Then again who knows I may be way off since you have a different fan base then those I work with. Maybe someone will just show up and translate whatever for you.
All in all I wish you luck finding a competent TL.
As a TL for a group, you may end up doing any number of shows; and things change each season. The important thing for a recruit should be a desire to translate anime, not whether their delicate sensibilities have been addressed in a blog post.
Huh? What gave you that impression? ^_^ I had a friend’s party to go to last night, so it was delayed, but I finished translating the episode tonight. It’s just waiting on timing, as far as I know. ^^
