I feel bad for you guys needing to do the endless eight again it was hell watching them for me at least i thought i had mad a mistake and was watching the same episode over and over again.
I dunno about you but I enjoyed watching the Endless Eight. There were tiny differences from each repetition to the next, and I liked that detail.

There are a lot of haters there, Endless Eight is one victim of it. They probably just don’t accept trolling.
I particularly don’t hate it, but I think it was kinda non-sense put 8 episodes with the same history, of course there was other minor details that make the difference, like the yukatas and swimsuits, and other things too, but 3-5 episodes would be more than enough, that’s just my opinion of course.
I wonder how many people are even gonna bother with this download lol. I will for archival purposes and maybe they won’t be as bad if I have them all at once as opposed to two straight months.
Enjoy your Endless Eight. I sat through the pain of QCing it.
We are all glad for what you did and the Doki’s team sacrifice. The tales of thy glory and thy victory shalt be celebrated and sung in prose and verse through generations of fansubbers to come. =P
For the sake of “completeness” I will watch all episodes of Haruhi including all episodes of endless eight, once and it’ll be it. Thanks for your efforts.

When I heard her say “Kyon-kun denwa!” the first time I almost died of moe overdose.
I loved this when it aired, im gonna rewatch this and try to regain the feeling from that summer

You see, they are not that bad. But we were waiting for almost 3 years, and 8 episodes of the new season were spent on a side story that doesn’t really add anything to the plot. I would have traded the 8 episodes of endless eight for an adaptation of tons of other side stories. Think about it, if you used one episode per side story, those are 7 episodes you could have used for ANYTHING. They could have done the logical thing and release Disappearance before Season 2, and then use 6 of those 7 free episodes to adapt the 7th novel!
Since we’re on the topic, which of the light novels have not been animated ( I don’t read them, so I don’t know) yet? Or are there only parts of the novels that have not been animated yet? :-/

outta curiosity does anyone know if the blu-ray release have the full dance video to the original ending? I’ve only been able to find Youtube video of it recently and it’d be nice to have a clean Doki edition. Assuming the hard working crew of Doki is kind enough to include it if they do have it.

I don’t use fileserve. I prefer to download torrents, it’s more convenient that way. So sorry, no I did not see it. That’s why I asked.
There’s also a torrent if that’s what you want. Click on the Haruhi category on the left hand list and the oldest entry at the bottom is the ED.
