I dont recommend this. It’s just a bunch of clips from the series with a lil’ touch of new content.
I hope you realise the game has 3 routes “Fate”, “Unlimited Blade Works” and “Heaven’s Feel”. The tv series is following the “Fate” route which is the compulsory route of the game. This movie adaptation adapts the second scenario “Unlimited Blade Works”. Contrary to what you have said, Unlimited Blade Works have drastic differences compared to the Fate route.
Pretty sure you’re getting confused with the TV Reproduction, which IS a recap of the series, more or less.
TV reproduction is pretty much shit, compared to the original series. How can a 2 hours OVA explain a 24 episode series?! But the movie is totally different. According to Wikipedia, it earned 28 million yen in JP box office. So it is something you really “can recommend”.
Doesn’t change the fact that the movie is compacted and simplified as hell. A 3-hour long movie might have been better.
Well, action scenes are good overall, but the final fight is kind of a let-down…
Well, unfortunately DEEN doesn’t have the same budget as Kyoto Animation and thus can’t put on a movie approaching three hours in length.
Not to mention the Unlimited Blade Works route of the Fate/Stay Night visual novel would be significantly harder to apply a copy and paste adaptation to than Suzumiya Haruhi no Shoushitsu (which is what happened with the Haruhi movie).

likelove Doki. So even though UTW released more than 2 weeks ago, we are waiting for Doki’s release. XDOne good reason might be, UTW’s 720p got a v2 but it’s not available in torrent. So if you wanna patch it, you gotta have 9 GB of space. Quite a trouble!

Doki is using Eclipse’s TV series styling for consistency, and since Eclipse isn’t subbing this movie…
Because if you’ve watched Fate/stay night, chances are you watched Eclipse’s version. Same styles, because people have come to associate that style with F/sn. Certainly I have.
Is there going to be DDL for this?
DDLs for the 480p are out but 720p and 1080p seems way too much big for DDLs. But the files can split into smaller sizes for uploading but will need more time. Will try to download the 480p version and go through again since I only spot 2 mistake in UTW’s version before they make a v2. Hope we have a flawless one for doki. And a big plus for the consistency to Eclipse’s style.
If I can split the file on my server (Linux) then I will upload. If I have to split the file on my PC, the I’ll have to up load AGAIN to my server, which is a bit of a bitch

So unless the file in the torrent is corrupted :S
the proper CRC32 is 8BD75A19 instead of E847B1C5.
It’s nice to know that their is nothing wrong with my file 😀 .
Disregard the said above, seems crc32file.exe has a problem reading the crc32 of large file sizes.
MyHashFiles(which reads large files properly) gave a CR32 of E847B1C5.
So yeah, sorry for the bad judging on my behalf T.T

the checker i hacked up almost 15 years ago in in delphi at least throws an I/O error when the file is too big for it to handle (2GB cause *signed* 32-bit – i would have fixed it long ago, if i still had the source. And yeah, i’m still too lazy go make me a new one which is as handy)
