I sometimes wonder if you ever sleep. It’s almost beautiful sunrise here at 5:30 in central Europe. 🙂 And I’m watching No. 6 instead of being asleep too.

Quite a shock to me that this is the end of No.6! I wish it could have a bit more episodes than this. The ending is good though. Thanks for your hard work so far 🙂

I think they tried to resolve way too much in one final episode. The result was a forgettable, anti-climatic mess. The first half of the series was good. The second half was lame. 🙁
Resolving everything in one final ep is how it’s usually done these days, sadly.
I’m with Kira, the biggest tragedy of the series was Shion missing out on getting with Safu in ep.2, and the ending just goes to show you should never wait 2 years for something like that.
Ah well, okay show, glad that Doki subbed it rather than having to watch it some other way. Thanks for the hard work!

The yaoi fangirl material was alright, but beyond that nothing else worked as it should. The world lacked detail, the pace was slow, story and plot were full of holes, and that ending was soooo fairy tale like.

One of the top shows this season I would say. I had high expectations for it being sci-fi and coming out of bones and I think it was above satisfactory. Thank you so much for the hours of work. Excited for more quality Doki releases next season.

It was a shit ending bones went and did their own ending which was a giant mess and questions all over with half baked endings.
Why do that just stick to the damn novel ending it works, its good, it makes sense and it sells.
Oh and Safu whole bit and death was crap compared to the novels they did such a horrible job with that.
What was the original ending? I’m interested.
Safu doesn’t exist and Nezumi and Shion have steamy hot sex. Every day.

Novel 9 is the last one and Safu actualy died in the start of novel 8 you can read quite a detailed summary of that on the site as well its has so much more than the anime.
They crammed 2 novels worth of material into 1 damn episode pretty much and then gave it their own wtf ending lol…..
Oh, that explains it. Sappy BL with the plot as a backdrop. In that case, the anime was better. And it had Safu.
What are you on about? Did you even read the summary? Safu was still in the novel and died at the same time she did in the anime, except the anime did a crap job of it and did not really explain anything about her or what was going on.
Sappy BL ending? I have never watched any BL before i dont really go out of my to watch it. No.6 had it though and yes the ending was i guess you would call it more romantic, that is a good thing though if your going to do a romance do it right at least, does not matter if its boyxgirl, girlxgirl, boyxboy a romance is a romance. I doubt you would of complained if it was a girlxboy or girlxgirl. Of course i would of loved if Safu had ended up with Shion but that was never going to happen so deal with it.
The novel ending as a whole was done at a better pacing and it actualy made sense. The anime ending was a mess there are way to many things to pick on it about it, not to mention it made so very little sense and left so many questions. In the end it hurt the anime quite badly, they tripped and fell.
Tried out the stream, it’s better compared to the last No. 6 stream test (of course). The picture quality was, I don’t quite know how to put it, it had the slightest fuzziness in it. It certainly saved me a download, acceptable alternative when I’m not too pressed for saving a series. Line speed was maxed out (which was a good thing – 1.1~1.5 MBps for 100 seconds… file must’ve been ~100 kbps bitrate)
