So erm, about my projects…
- Saki: Kuon/Aesyl quit so now I am looking for an editor to fill in for her (since she even blocked me in Skype I couldn’t ask her anything). Interested ones should check SGKK site either today night or tomorrow.
- Asobi ni Iku Yo!: Episode 04 goes for a round of QC (which might involve Edit and TLC) today. It should be out shortly. Volume 3 is downloading and goes to encode after that. It will be worked on after I get rid of some backlog and set up a few things.
- Senkou no Night Raid: BD Volume 6 is downloading and will be encoded. After that it’s just re-time/time shift (masat) and QC again to make sure everything is in order. (Again, yes, we will sub Special 04 that comes with Volume 7. Stop asking. It wouldn’t make sense to sub the 1st 3 specials and then drop the 4th one.)
- New project, Shukufuku no Campanella: Yeah, I will be working on this as I work on Asobi. Basically, someone will encode (Hologfx or kokus), then masat re-times and I’ll do the rest.

I'd like to display a different set of banners over Christmas/New year. I will use the winner banners from the start of December to the end of January. The regular set of banners will be used again in Feb.
Same rules as last time:

The number of banners I pick will be proportional to the number of submitted entries.

- Character(s) should come from a show that Doki has done/is doing/plans to do. This includes the wishlist.
- The banner should include the words “Doki Fansubs” somewhere on it.

Sup? So here’s the deal, Doki have quite the load and I want to bring out decent releases, therefore a joint is needed. With whom? SGKK Fansubs of course. With that being said, status of the episode can be found here and some info here. That’s about it.
Opportunities to post here are decreasing more and more.
The Original Sound Track (OST) for Campanella, titled “Campanario” was released on 22 September which was almost a month ago. It consists of most of the soundtracks of the anime plus tv sizes of the OP and ED. OP and ED are already released in full. So the plus of this release is probably “AMELIA“, the second ED sung in English by Yuko Goto. Full version of the song seems to be found in her album called “Gigson”. No luck in finding that thus far.

In related news, Campanella has an OVA announced. Of course I will be translating it when it comes out. Most likely it will be bundled with one of the BD volumes. As for the BD special in Vol. 1, I watched that “Isshoni Bath Time” Special, and it has no dialogue. It is merely a CG of Carina scrubbing her body in the bath, it hardly even resemble the animation used in the anime. I have absolutely no idea when we are going to release the Campanella BDs.
As for the projects we are currently doing, they are on track and I hope fans will be patient. Motto TLR has some changes to it which I am at no liberty to disclose at the moment. It will be announced when ep. 02 is released. Projects are delayed because Holo has work, so he can’t release on certain days. This Sunday will have a string of releases, or at least that’s what I was told.
Lastly, credits must always be given to pictures used. The lovely girl above is Kiriha Kuze from Fortune Arterial. That particular image is taken from the game CG. Fortune Arterial has an anime adaptation titled “Fortune Arterial: Crimson Promise” which is currently airing. Our friends at SGKK are currently subbing the show, please do show your support

Doki has had forums for a while, but it was open to staff only. I am now making those forums public. Check them out! You will be able to ask for help with playback, request reseeding, amongst other things. It looks a bit empty now, but I will be filling it up over the next few days.

Hey guys/gals. I felt like I had to come out and blog what was in mind, just to make some issues clear and stuff, else I can’t work on Asobi 02 (BD) properly.
This is the status of my projects:
Senkou no Night Raid (TV): episodes 12 and 13 are awaiting Edit and Translation Check. He is busy with work and so it’s not easy for him to get the required time to do it properly, bear with it for a little longer, it will be completed soon.
Senkou no Night Raid (BD): we’re waiting for the 5th volume to be released. And yes, we will be subbing *EVERYTHING AND ANYTHING* that comes with the BD volumes (Special Episode 14 that comes with the 7th volume included).
Saki (DVD): now this is what was really bothering me. I will explain the whole thing so you all understand. This was not my project (or not entirely), Bisou wanted to sub it using DVD raws he found. We discussed it and came to the conclusion that we should sub it. He was the timer, I was the typesetter and Hiroto was the QC’er. Let’s face reality, the raws were/are shit and the scripts could be better. What happened? Bisou left after 3 pricks that were staff in Doki back then bothered him enough to make him leave. Hiroto never really did anything, I was (and still am) learning how to typeset. Basically the results could be a lot better. It stalled after Bisou left and it eventually got pushed onto me, Badskater was supposed to be typesetting it and nt was supposed to be editing while Yitram was the one to take care of the timing. Then comes SGKK, with SGKK comes 6 projects… Now that everything is settling down, I have time to work on it, but I refuse to continue using those raws, so I searched for the DVDISOs that are currently downloading. The plan is to release a v2 of the episodes released till now, with a proper encode and severely improved subs/scripts. The ISOs will finish download in 2-4 days, I’ll be updating you about the status of this.
Asobi ni Iku Yo! (BD): now that I finally posted that, I can work peacefully on episode 2. Vol. 2 comes out in two weeks.

Sunday 11th October 2009 was the day it all began. In a moment of madness, I decided to start Doki Fansubs. In a week’s time, Doki will be celebrating her 1st birthday.
To commemorate/celebrate the occasion, I will be launching a banner competition. So far all the banners (bar 1 or 2) I’ve used have been made by me.
I’m sure there are plenty of fans out there with more photoshop skills than myself.
So, without further ado, here are the rules:
- The banner competition will start as soon as the post is made and end at 9 PM (UTC+1) on Sunday 10th October 2010.
- I will pick 5 “winning” banners from the submitted entries. If the number of submitted banners is very large, then I may pick more.
- Submit your banner by posting a comment with a link on it.

Doki’s got a new server, a Quad, capable of running a tracker among other shit as well, a big thanks to Stormbringer who taught me how to set it up by setting it up himself and over 9k other things and also a big thanks to jarnar who coded the .php parser to show the torrents.
At the moment it’s empty, you will see things in there the next time we release anything. The tracker link is also in the navigation bar under the banners. That’s all.
